I paid for Quickbooks self employed with turbo tax and turbo tax is still trying to charge me.

This is mainly a TurboTax forum, so most people here are probably not going to know much about QuickBooks products and bundles. Plus nothing account-specific is handled in this community forum anyway. But from a quick look a some questions asked at the QuickBooks website, if you have what is called the "Tax Bundle", you will likely need a special code to enter that will let you file your TurboTax returns without a charge.

A question in the QuickBooks forum instructs a user to contact a QuickBooks support agent to get the special service code to use for your TurboTax. So QuickBooks Support is whom I would contact first, since your product is a QuickBooks plan and that's what the agent instructs there.
