I only need to file a 1095a form, I finished the form and need to submit it and pay the fee. Can I submit it to be filed and pay the fee at a later date?

The TurboTax account fees have to be paid before the tax return can be e-filed or printed for mailing. However, if you are receiving a federal tax refund you can request that the fees be paid from the federal tax refund. But note that there is an additional $40 charge for this service.

TurboTax doe not allow you to defer paying your fee for using the software. Sorry.
