I only have a W2 copy c from my employer. Can I send that in instead of the copy b? I am having to mail file, so I need to actually send it in. Thanks.

Yes, include the W-2 in gross income even if you only the one copy c.

If you are mailing your tax returns, make sure that you make a copy of the W-2 for your Federal tax return, your state tax return and your records.

If this is the only copy of the W-2 that you have, you can attach it to your tax return, All copies have the same information.
