@Hjjren Do you mean that your return was accepted? Did the text come from TurboTax?

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

 

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

I'm sorry you experienced that, but this is mainly a user community forum.  No one from TurboTax Support can phone you from this user forum.  However, someone could phone you to try to spam/scam you.

 

You'll need to contact Support again by whatever method you used.  I assume you already know how since you were previously connected to them.   But just in case:

I need a refund on the turbo tax online microsoft down load i did not know that this was something i had to down load.  i was trying to pay to file my taxes i can not down load this into my computer.  how do i get a refund

I don't understand that about "need to file my 2019 taxes that are loaded."    I don't know what that means by "loaded."  Did you prepare a 2019 return last year in Online TurboTax and now need to finish and file it?   Was it finished last year, and is all you need to do is print out the return from the 2019 PDF, sign, date, and mail the 2019 return?

 

If you need to work on a 2019 return, it can no longer be prepared in Online TurboTax, which is only for 2020 returns.   Hopefully, that sentence about "loaded" doesn't mean you mistakenly prepared a 2019 return in the current Online TurboTax for 2020.   If you did, then do NOT file it, or you'll have problems. 

A 2019 return can only be prepared in 2019 desktop software (CD/download).

 

In any case, since you're going to have to speak to TurboTax Support in regard to any product refund, you can explain your situation about 2019 to them, and they can figure out what you are talking about.

In the form indicate you are using the CD/download Windows version, if that's what you purchased.   In the question line just say billing issue without quotes.

 The IRS is recalculating refunds for people whose AGI is $150K or below and who filed before the tax law that changed the amount of unemployment that is taxable on a federal return became effective.   

 

 

The IRS began to send out the additional refund checks for tax withheld from unemployment in May.  The refunds are being sent out in batches—starting with the simplest returns first.   If you are eligible for the extra refund for federal tax that was withheld from your unemployment the IRS will be sending you an additional refund sometime during the next several months.  TurboTax cannot track or predict when it will be sent.  The IRS has not provided a way for you to track it, so all you can do is wait for the refund to arrive.

If this is on the 2021 program then did you enter all your income yet ?   Did you review the form 5695 or the form 1040 ?   What you cannot use this year is carried forward ... the credit is not refundable.
