I need to enter my IP PIN but I can not enter it online

I am never prompted to enter my IP PIN, but my returmn was rejected or an incorrect IP PIN.

If you have a 6 digit PIN issued to you by the IRS you need to enter it in order to e-file.  Go to Federal>Other Tax Situations>Other Return Info>Identity Protection PIN and enter the six-digit PIN.

If you have a 6 digit PIN issued to you by the IRS you need to enter it in order to e-file.  Go to Federal>Other Tax Situations>Other Return Info>Identity Protection PIN and enter the six-digit PIN.

    In the Search box type "ip pin" (without the quotes), then click the link that says "Jump to ip pin."
