I need to change the account information to be debited for services. Please advise how to do this

I was originally going to have the funds deducted from our refund, but the refund was held and applied toward taxes owed. I need to pay from a different account

Have you gotten billing notices from TurboTax asking you to pay the fees? And have you gotten an email that they are about to debit your bank account for the fees?

If so, please phone TurboTax Support ASAP since they start that debit process 2-3 days ahead of time. Once they put the debit in motion, it can't be stopped. They are open another 50 minutes today.

Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.

See the info I left you below. If you have received a notice from TurboTax that a bank debit is about to occur to pay your product fees, then you should contact them right away.
