When you go through Personal Information and enter the information on your child TurboTax should give you the option of claiming Head of Household.

Actually it suggests it for you, if you are a single parent with a child in your home. Be sure you answer the questions correctly when it asks if your child lived with you all year, and you provided most of his or her support, and most of the support for the home.
