I need tech support. I downloaded 2019 TurboTax Deluxe becuase I wanted to view my 2019 .tax file. The desktop app hangs during authentication. How do I get it to load?

You cannot download 2019 TurboTax software. 2019 is no longer supported and cannot be provided with updates or state software. Sorry. If you did not save the 2019 return as a pdf then you may want to try a service called tax printer.com. They are not affiliated with TT and we do not know their fees, but they can read and print an old tax file.

You can also file Form 4506 with the IRS, pay $30 and get a copy of your 2019 return. It can take up to 75 days to get it. No state return.
