I made $13,037.75 this year & only getting a few dollars less than 200$ back, is that correct? Aren’t I supposed to get Federal Tax, SS Tax, & Medicare tax withheld back?
I had about 1,300$ I’m withheld taxes combined. First year doing taxes

No, social security and Medicare are never refundable.
The withholdings in Box 2 of the W2 are potentially refundable, if you're filing Single, with the standard deduction would leave you with $1037 of income, taxed at 10%, so $104 in taxes.
Your withholding in Box 2 minus the $104 in taxes would be your refund...since your income is below $15270, if you're between the ages of 25 and 64, you may also qualify for earned income credit that would increase your refund.
