I'm stuck on the page asking for an unemployment 1099-G but I never got unemployment or a 1099-G. It will NOT let me move past the screen.

I received $0 in unemployment in 2021. I do not have a 1099-G. TurboTax keeps saying I have to upgrade to file my taxes dur to having a 1099-G. I can't even move past that part- it just reloads with the red "required" boxes highlighted.

I selected NO for both questions on the unemployment page.

You can delete the unemployment form (Form 1099-G) and move forward with your return. It is possible that you may have filed your return using TurboTax last year and then imported your tax information from last year, then your tax information will carry on from the prior year.

If there are forms which you used in the prior year but no longer need this year, then you can visit How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online for more information.

Thank you for the reply. I deleted the blank 1099-G and it is still making me pay for Deluxe. I don't understand

Please also try to remove your unemployment information for 2021. Please follow these steps in TurboTax Online:

Open your return.
Search for 1099-G with the magnifying glass tool and select the Jump to link
On the Did you receive unemployment or paid family leave benefits in 2020? screen, answer No.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
On the Review your 1099-G info, click the trash bin icon next to your 1099-G to delete any unemployment information.
