I'm stuck at Your Box 1 is Empty and I no longer work at this employer.
I also try hitting the back button and it won't let me go back.
If you no longer work for this employer and you'd like to delete this W-2 entry completely from TurboTax, please follow the instructions below:
1.) On the page where it says Your Box 1 is empty, enter 0
2.) Click Continue
3.) Click No on the page for State and Local W-2 information
4.) Click the None of the Above box and click Continue
5.) Click the trash can icon next to the W-2 you wish to delete
6.) Click Done
This should resolve your problem and allow you to continue entering information into TurboTax
