I'm idgent have cancer and barley making it by ive had multiple tax firms take my money promising to help me fix my tax issuse then have way threw say they need more

Very sorry to hear about your health issues and your tax problem.   Not sure how you think TurboTax can help.  You have a complex problem that Is going to require help from a professional to sort out.   You say that you had self employment income and did not file tax returns.   If you had self-employment income, you were required to file and pay self-employment tax for Social Security and Medicare, as well as ordinary income tax (depending on how much you earned).   

"I lost 28 work credits"  If you did not file tax returns and pay into the Social Security system, that is why you cannot get the work credits for those years and would not be able to receive Social Security disability or regular Social Security benefits.

28 credits is a lot---you can only get four credits per tax year---so that implies that you went for a very long time without filing your tax returns.   Even if you try to use TurboTax, TT software can only go back as far as tax year 2022.  It sounds like you need to go back farther.
