I just submitted a KY tax return. I indicated it not be electronically filed. However, it did file by e-file. Can it be cancelled?
Can a KY return be recalled if e-filed in error?
No, once it has been electronically filed it cannot be cancelled or stopped. It is the same as if you had dropped it in the mailbox, you cannot retrieve it.
