I installed Deluxe on my Mac desktop with OS X version 10.10.5, but my computer will not verify the download. OS is updated. How do I operate the download?

What Mac OS version do I need for Turbo Tax Deluxe?

Below are the minimum requirements for TurboTax Federal 2018 software installed on a Mac computer.

Processor
  • Multi-core Intel Processor with 64-bit required.
Monitor
  • 1024x768 screen resolution or higher.
Operating Systems
  • macOS Sierra 10.12 or later.
RAM
  • 2 GB or more recommended.
Hard Disk Space
  • 650 MB for TurboTax.
Internet Connection
  • 56 Kbps modem (Broadband connection highly recommended).
  • Required for product updates.
Printer
  • Any Macintosh-compatible inkjet or laser printer.
Technical SupportCD/DVD drive required

    The TurboTax software for tax year 2018 requires Mac OS X v.10.12 or later (64-bit required)
