No. You do not need to enter your 1095-B information on your tax return. Form 1095-B is sent out by health insurance carriers, government-sponsored plans such as Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP, and self-insured employers who aren't required to send out Form 1095-C instead.
As long as you answered the questions in the program about having health care coverage, then that is all you need to do.
Only taxpayers who receive a 1095-A must enter the information from that form.
