The IRS states that if you do not receive your W-2 by 2/14/2020 there are some steps you can take.

  1. Have your last 2019 pay stub and call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040.
  2. The IRS will ask you for some info before following up with your employer.
  3. After notifying the IRS, you can either continue waiting for your W-2 or paper-file your return using Form 4852 and your last pay stub.
  4. See if you can import your W-2.

You have until 7/15/2020 to file your return & pay any taxes due without incurring a penalty or interest (on taxes owed, if any)
