I have selected Baltimore City, but I keep getting prompts to select City or county residence when I attempt to file, what's wrong with my return?

I am not sure it is the correct answer but it works. In the box below Baltimore City is a choice. Choose Baltimore City in that drop down menu and file away.

I live in Baltimore City. TT did not accept "No Entry" for Baltimore City, nor was there any entry in the dropdown for Baltimore City -- neither in the top dropdown, nor in the actual worksheet. I decided to try Baltimore County to see what would happen. It accepted it -- but then I count not go back and my return was SUBMITTED. It is already October. Why was this but not fixed? What should I do now?

Hello there was no option to select Baltimore city so I selected Baltimore county what will happen will my tax return be accepted. Since there was no option.

You must select Baltimore City, not Baltimore County, on the page Tell Us Your Maryland Information.

Does anyone know whether Turbo Tax is going to correct the "Baltimore City" bug in the 2020 edition? I need to know whether to shop for a different software package. It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. This is a good trick that TT played. Instead of paying for customer support, they set up this pretty website where their customers can play "the blind leading the blind".
