Question

I have had it with this software. It says my 1099-R has a bad zip code so it won't file my return. THE ZIP CODE IS RIGHT!!! I cannot find a human and AI runs in circles!

TurboTax can say it is a "zip code error" even when something else is wrong with the address, so it's not necessarily the zip code causing the problem.   First, be sure the city and state abbreviation are correct and without typo.   And make sure there is no punctuation in the address.

 

Look up the correct styling for that address at the USPS website and use what it shows there:
