You should have been asked before you e-filed how you wish to pay the taxes you owe. What option did you choose?

To review the option that you selected, download the PDF of your return. I'll link those instructions below. Once you have the PDF of your return, the first couple of pages are the "Electronic Filing Instructions". You'll find there the option that you chose to pay your taxes owed.

Once you've looked at the option you chose, please post back if you have further questions.
