I have a child, 46, living at home. They have a disability, but not totally disabled. I provide more than half of the household support. Filing status?

They work part time and earn more than $6k. Can I claim head of household?

If you were able to claim them as a dependent it would be under the Qualifying Relative rules.  One of the rules states that the dependents gross income in 2025 must be less than $5,200.  So if their income is $6,000 you would not be able to claim them.
