I have 5 child but I am only claim 3 and my ex is claiming the other 2 should i still put them on my taxes

It depends. If you are using them to claim a Child Care Tax Credit, then they would go on your return as non-dependents.
If you're NOT claiming that credit, then you don't have to put the two children on your return.
