Question

I had multiple bonds from many states. What do I put in the CUSIP box 14 of the 1099 Form (it showed "Various" which Turbo Tax is rejecting)?

HOw do you delete an imported 1099 form?

Level 7

Type the name of the 1099 form (i.e. 1099-INT) you would like to delete by clicking the Search Topics icon, which is located at the top of the screen. Select OK. You can delete the 1099 form from this Summary screen. The delete button is to the right of your form.

Then, when you re-enter your 1099 form information, leave Box 14 blank. You will be able to e-file without the CUSIP information.

I had a similar issue where the entry had spaces in it. I had to delete them and TT finally let me go through E-filling
