I purchased insurance from marketplace and I had Ambetter Health in 2025, I did not receive any form from them-taxes is asking for them what do i do?

The 1095-A form is issued by the Health Insurance Marketplace.

You can contact the Marketplace directly to request a copy of the form. Provide them with relevant details, such as your children's information and any policy details you may have.

You can access it online through healthcare.gov or call their customer service number which you can find here: Contact us.
