I got my turbo tax product (TURBOTAX DESKTOP HOME AND BUSINESS WIN DOWNLOAD TAX YEAR 2021). And I have the code for it but there is no button to download. What do I do?

I have had my family and other friends over to help me with this but we can not find a button or anything to download this product. It won't let me ask for help as it says "I have finished selecting a product" which is false as I have already selected, purchased and attempted to download my product. Since i can not talk to Turbo Tax support, what should I do?

You might have more than 1 account. Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
