How do I get this to be accepted? Being a class action lawsuit? I don’t know if an employers state ID number exists.

Most likely adding a State ID will get the return filed. You can call the issuer of the W-2 to get the information need to verify the state ID or just use the state ID that is shown on the W-2 for the other income.

It’s a toll free number I have called multiple times. I leave a voicemail and still hear nothing. I’m at such a loss of what to do.

Have you Googled the lawsuit or the employers state ID number?

If the lawsuit is big enough, there may be a website that will provide information to class action participants.
