Question

I get the OOPS it looks like we hit a snag and cannot pay the IRS with a credit card. I have had this error on my iphone, three browsers and am fed up!

Have you tried clearing your cache and deleting your cookies in your browser? Here are two articles below that will show you how to clear your cache and delete cookies.

For the mobile app, you would need to uninstall and then reinstall it to refresh it. If you find you are still having issues with it, please don't hesitate to contact support.
