I filed my daughter through turbo tax, now I am claiming her and want to do the entire family. Do I need to open a new account?

Yes. When using the online versions, you will have to start a new account with a new unique user ID for another tax return. The online editions are only good for completing one tax return per account and user ID. See the FAQ below to find out how you can create a new account:
