I filed and it was accepted and they gave me the date for 3/19 but I didn’t receive them and nor can I track them!

What do you mean by you cannot track them? Maybe you need to contact the IRS.

Generally, the IRS issues most refunds in less than 21 days, although some require additional time.

You should only call if it has been:

21 days or more since you e-filed
6 weeks or more since you mailed your return, or when
"Where is my refund" tells you to contact the IRS

When I go on the irs website or call ... the automatic system says they can’t provide any information pertaining to this return.
