I erroneously indicated that I had dividend income and received a 1099-DIV; I did not have dividend income and did not receive a 1099-DIV. How do I correct that?

If you are referring to the questions that pop up at the beginning of the tax return process when you are using TurboTax Online, you cannot go back through those questions to make a correction and a correction to those answers is really not necessary. Those are only used to determine what sections will be shown to you later so that you can enter your data.

Since you don't have any dividend income or Form 1099-DIV, you will not need to go through that section when you see it on the screen. If you see the question pop up again, just indicate that you do not have that information to enter.
