If you have a 1095-A, you should enter this first. During the 1095-A interview, you will be asked which business (Sch C) to associate the insurance with. When you answer, the amount will be limited as needed and then carried to Schedule 1 (Form 1040).

Please go back to your Schedule C and erase the amount entered for health insurance.
