I e-filed and e-paid my Indiana taxes. Do I still need to mail in my tax payment along with my payment voucher?

No, you will not need to mail in the voucher.  Keep your confirmation of your receipt of payment, just in case you may need this for the state.  But since you made the payment, you do not need to send the voucher.  The voucher is to accompany a mail-in payment.
