If you did not have Obamacare, you will not get a 1095-A, and you should answer NO to that question and continue filing your return. What payments are you wanting to claim?

If you used Healthcare.gov (Federal Marketplace)

Log in to your Healthcare.gov account.
Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2025 application.
Select Tax Forms from the menu on the left.
Download the 1095-A PDF.
