No. 2021 information goes on a 2021 tax return; 2022 information goes on a 2022 tax return. You can amend 2021 to include the 2021 1098T.

If the amount in Box 5 is more than your tuition, it may be treated as taxable income and you should amend your return to avoid any penalty.

Also you might want to amend your return to claim any education credits that you might have missed.
