I did my ex boyfriends taxes on here last year and when I sign in it says welcome back Ralph I’m not Ralph.. how do I do it in my name

you need to sign out, and make a new account in your own name. you can't change the name on an account once it's been used to file a return. (You can link the account to the same email address, but it will need a different user name and password.)

You will have to create a new account with a new User ID for your 2019 tax return - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

The TurboTax online editions can only be used to complete and file one tax return per account and User ID.

did you use the same acount for you and ralph and did ralph's return last? then, sorry to say, you over-wrote your return. your data and return are no longer retrievable. with on-line you need a separate account for each return.
