Payment plan completed but not processed

I would recommend making sure your return was e-filed completely first as it sounds like you may not have completed the process of submitting the returns. Please see How do I e-file my tax return? and How do I check my e-file status? to make sure your return has been filed and accepted.

Once your return has been accepted, you will need to go to the IRS website to check the status of the payment plan you applied for within TurboTax. While you can complete this information within TurboTax, the information you enter is sent to the IRS and you would need to contact them for more guidance on your payment plan arrangement.
