Question

I changed my email address and now I need to change my username it keeps defaulting back to my old email address as my username. How can I change my username

I was thinking once I changed my email address that my username would change too but it isn't

Just give me a **bleep** phone number to call to change my email address and cut out all the BS with the AI crap.   Machines dont think

You change your email address by signing onto your TurboTax account with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Once you have signed onto your account, scroll down to the bottom left of the Tax Home web-page and click on Intuit Account.

Once you are in the Intuit Account, click on Sign in & security

 

If you are unable to do any of this, then contact TurboTax support for assistance.
