Question

I cannot start a new tax return, I can't figure out how to work on my daughters return while I work on mine. Very frustrating as I've always used H&R Block CD

You're using the online version of TurboTax. With the online version, one account, one return. That's it. But you can create up to 5 accounts per e-mail address. To do that, log out of your account and select the "create account" link under the password field.
