Question

I can't open turbotax 2020 deluxe that has been downloaded to desktop. dropped it into application folder and it say alias not the file. can't figure out how to open it.

What operating system are you using, Microsoft or Apple?

What is the file extension of the installation file you downloaded?  Is it .exe for Windows or .dmg for Apple?
