Question

I can login to the TurboTax website, but cannot find my partially completed form. Where can I see my tax form to finish it? Thx.

If you do not see any of your entries when you log into TurboTax, you may have more than one account. You can click on this TurboTax Article to learn how to check if you have more than one account.

 

To see if you have entered any of your information in TurboTax, you can preview your tax return. Please follow these steps:

 

  1. Log into TurboTax and click on any topic to continue
  2. Click on "Tax Tools" from the menu on the left-hand side and then click on "Tools"
  3. Click on "View Tax Summary"
  4. Then click on "Preview my 1040" from the menu on the left-hand side
  5. Scroll down and see if any amounts are reported on the form
  6. To return to the program, click on "Back" from the menu on the left-hand side
