I bought and downloaded the 2019 Turbotax sometime back. Now that I try to use it, it is asking for activation code. Where can I find the activation code?

First, please clarify something.

Underneath your question it says "Online TurboTax". Did you happen to use the web version instead of the desktop software you purchased? Or are you indeed using the installed desktop software you purchased? i.e., have you just installed it, and it's asking for your activation code to continue?

Did you purchase your download from TurboTax or another online retailer?

Evidenttly, I made an error when I copied it down. Now I need to go back to where it showed it and asked to remember it for use later. Now I can^t locate it to re copy it.
