I am using TurboTax amend. Has anyone else had a problem with the 2015 version not advancing past the health insurance coverage topic?

This was an issue with the 2015 program. Click on Forms. When in Forms mode, on the left side of the screen find and click on to open Healthcare Wks
With the worksheet open click one of the two boxes at the top of the worksheet for having health insurance. Then you can go back to the interview to complete the Health Insurance by clicking on Step-by-Step at the top right of the Forms mode screen.

Thank you. That was a great help. So I'm finished amending and the final page, before I "Exit Turbo Tax" states, "Just be sure to mail it in". I know this may be an obvious question but... I have to print and mail in my return?

Yes. You have to print, sign, date and mail the amended tax return, Form 1040X, and any changed forms or schedules to the IRS. If you owe any taxes then you will also need to include your payment with the amended tax return. The Filing Instructions page will tell you what you need and where to mail the amended tax return.
