I am trying to import data for stocks. But it states unable to log in and issue with system configuration. Reference code 25625. How do I fix this?

I tried clearing cookies, enabling pop ups, switching default web browser, restarting the computer, and I confirmed that my account log in works online. However, in order to upload stock data it is mandatory to create an account. But I keep getting that error message when i try to log in with the desktop program.

I called the phone number. Someone by the name of Camille answered but she was unable to help. She didn’t listen to the problem and she was rude. She repeatedly kept stating there is something wrong with the download.

Is there someone who can fix this?
