I am self-employed and am an employee of another company that provides health insurance. Can I deduct those premiums as a self-employed person?

Unfortunately, no.  You may not take the self-employed health insurance deduction if you are eligible to participate in a health insurance plan maintained by your employer or your spouse’s employer.  For more information on the Self-Employed Health Insurance Deduction, see Deducting Health Insurance Premiums If You're Self-Employed.
