I am never presented the opportunity to enter my activation code

I bought TurboTax Deluxe.  I installed, then was asked to update.  Update was successful.  Then I restarted TT and was prompted to log in my account which I did.  I am then prompted to purchase Turbo Tax.  I am never provided the opportunity to enter the activation code.  None of the help pages describe my experience.  How do I activate Turbo Tax.

    Just to update, after several more attempts restarting the software, I was prompted to change my password.  Once I changed my password I was able to get to the window to enter my activation code.  I still do not understand the difficulty of activating software that I paid for.  Maybe if the software was free I could see the extra effort, but Turbo Tax is getting more and more difficult to activate.

    Thanks, I got the software activated, but it should not be so difficult.  If you buy something, it should work out of the box.
