I am covered on my fiance's health insurance plan. Can I claim the money I paid to her for the additional cost she incurred with me on her plan?
No, that would be a personal expense paid. There needs to be verification of health insurance premiums paid either through coding on W-2 for employer provided healthcare or form 1095.
