Question

I am being asked about a 1095-A form and it wont let me file but I don't have one, I am a dependent on my parents, and I have already clicked no when it asks about 1095-A

I am being asked about a recipient's SSN, but when I put in my dads SSN and mine it still doesnt work

If you are claimed as a dependent on your parents return, you would not need to enter the 1095-A.  If you are being asked for one, then you should go back to the personal info section and double check to be sure that you have told TurboTax that you are claimed as a dependent on someone else's return.
