I used Deluxe last year and also had 1099-MISC income.

You should be able to complete and file your 2018 tax returns with TurboTax Deluxe.

TurboTax Self-Employed offers significantly more support for Schedule C filers, especially those with complex tax situations.

But if all you have for Schedule C is one Form 1099-MISC and some related business expenses, you should have no issues navigating through your return in Deluxe.
