Question

I accidentally answered yes for having purchased health insurance through marketplace. I get Medicaid. Will they see this and fix it and will I still get my refund?

I did press no for not having a tax form

The questions in TurboTax are not all sent to the IRS, the interview determines what needs to be reported and what forms to send. If you said that you did not get the 1095-A from the marketplace, the forms is not sent to the IRS. If you had Medicaid, you will not have a 1095-A so your refund will not be delayed. (The IRS would also have a copy of the 1095-A so they would see that there is not one filed you.)
