Is this is from Minnesota?

It will be reported as "other income" on the Federal return. Perhaps somebody else can direct you how to enter that into TurboTax.

It is not taxable for State purposes. Hopefully the state portion of the program will specifically ask you about it, so it is subtracted from your income for state income tax purposes and for the state property tax refund.

However, note that I have no idea whether this procedure will result in the figure propagating to the Minnesota return.

When I click on the link to report the MN frontline workers pay as misc income it then wants to charge $39 to complete my return 😞
