How to report Turbo Tax bug

Turbo Tax saying I am not qualify for contributing to IRA because my MAGI too high with single filing status.  But I am filing as Married joint return.

That sounds like an entry error.  Go back to the section "Personal Info" and edit by your name.  Walk back through those steps to change/verify your filing status in the software.

I agree with @3244793.  However, you also may be limited by income and if you participate in a retirement plan at work.

 

You can contribute to a traditional or Roth IRA even if you participate in another retirement plan through your employer or business. However, you may not be able to deduct all of your traditional IRA contributions if you or your spouse participates in another retirement plan at work. Roth IRA contributions might be limited if your income exceeds a certain level.
